Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our food products, our return policy differs from standard retail items.
Food Products
For health and safety reasons, opened or consumed food products cannot be returned or refunded.
We accept returns only if:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product is defective.
- The product was delivered in an unusable condition.
Return Request
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
